Terms & Conditions

DRAFT — this document is pending legal review.

Effective date: pending legal review (draft).

These Terms & Conditions govern the contracting and use of the professional business address and mail-handling services provided by SotoWorks S.L. By registering and purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Provider identification

The service is provided by SotoWorks S.L., with registered office at Sotovilla II, Av. del Conchudo, local 4, 11360 Sotogrande, Cádiz, España, tax ID (CIF) B93650752 (company tax ID to be confirmed) and contact email info@sotoworks.es.

2. Description of the service

SotoWorks S.L. provides a virtual office service: it makes available to the customer a professional business address in Sotogrande (Cádiz) that may be used as the company's address, together with the receipt, safekeeping, notification and — depending on the plan — scanning and forwarding of incoming mail.

The service does not include legal, tax or accounting advice, nor the incorporation or registration of companies with third parties, unless expressly agreed separately.

3. Account registration and eligibility

To use the service you must create an account and provide truthful, accurate and up-to-date information about yourself and, where applicable, the entity you represent. You must be of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a contract.

You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account.

4. Identity verification (KYC) as a precondition

As an obliged entity under anti-money-laundering law, SotoWorks S.L. must verify your identity before the address can be used. The professional business address may not be used as, or shown as, your company's address until the identity verification (KYC) process has been completed and approved.

We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend the service if verification cannot be completed.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the address and the service lawfully and in good faith.

  • You will not use the address for illegal, fraudulent or misleading purposes.
  • You will not use the address for activities that may harm the reputation of the address or of other customers.
  • You will keep your registration and billing details accurate and up to date.
  • You will not assign or allow use of the address by unauthorised third parties without our prior consent.

6. Pricing and billing

The applicable prices are those shown on the pricing page at the time of contracting. As this is a draft, the fee schedule is being finalised; please refer to the plans shown on the pricing page or contact SotoWorks S.L. for the current amount.

Unless stated otherwise, fees are billed in advance according to the billing period of the plan. Non-payment may result in suspension or cancellation of the service.

7. Mail handling

We receive and safe-keep mail addressed to your company at the address and notify you of its receipt according to your plan. Depending on the plan, items may be scanned, made available in your customer area, collected in person by appointment, or forwarded — where applicable with shipping and handling costs passed on to you.

We accept no responsibility for delays, loss or damage attributable to third-party postal or courier services.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate the service in the event of a breach of these terms, non-payment, misuse of the address, or inability to complete the identity verification required by applicable law.

You may cancel the service in accordance with the terms of your plan. After termination, you must stop using the address as your company's address and update your records accordingly.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SotoWorks S.L. shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liabilities that cannot be limited by law.

10. Data protection

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms. We recommend reviewing it to understand how we handle your information.

11. Changes to the terms

We may amend these terms to reflect changes in the law or in the service. We will publish the current version on this website and notify you of material changes where required.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the domicile of SotoWorks S.L. (province of Cádiz), without prejudice to any jurisdiction that consumers may be legally entitled to.
